We are in the process of establishing a new congregation in the village of Cazenovia. This journey started in early 2018 when we began working with Cazenovia Village Baptist Church. In April, they decided to merge with Missio and, together, we initiated the work of establishing a new congregation in this historic location.

Our goal for this effort is to see followers of Jesus living faithful lives of worship as they give everyone in the Cazenovia community repeated opportunities to see, hear, and respond to the gospel.  

To that end, we have established a missional community, which is a small group of people (around 20-30) who meet together to study the Scriptures, pray for one another, and share the hope of Jesus Christ. We have also started making connections with the student population at Cazenovia College which comprises most of the immediate neighborhood surrounding the church building.

We pray that God will use these efforts for His glory and for the good of the community.
