The story of the book of Ruth in the Old Testament begins with deep brokenness. In spite of everything that goes wrong, God provides joy for hopeless woman, a redeemer for her family, and a King for his people. Our hope for this series is that you will see that God orchestrates the events of life and provides joy for us in the midst of circumstances that seem hopeless. God has provided a redeemer in Christ Jesus. Finally, God provides people for himself who seem unworthy or unfit to bring about his great and noble purposes.
